Week 37-38 of the pregnancy. I guess most mothers "nest" around their house; filling their days cleaning and organizing. That probably should have been the case around our house, but we filled our days with activities. I guess I'm always a little more worried about how the other kids will be affected by the addition of another family member, and the post baby recovery, so I try to cram in fun.
Damen and Remy during our scripture study.
We got to meet up with my sweet cousin Krista and her family. We went and ate at Ruby's on the pier. It was fun to see Remy and Krista's daughter Hannah reconnect. They are both kind of shy, but they connected faster this time around. Remy and Hannah
We went on a family bike ride to the "lily pad park." Kasen, Deven, Remy, Damen
We also went to turtle park one afternoon - Remy
Can't forget to feed the ducks before the baby comes! Remy, Damen, Kasen at central park.
Cooling off in the bounce house one afternoon. Remy and Kasen love the air hockey tables.
It got SO hot the last few weeks. The kids had fun with the sprinkler under the trampoline. A classic right of passage.
Last bike ride as a family of 5.
Damen getting some cuddle time before he's not the baby anymore!
We took a saturday afternoon to the rock climbing place. It was so fun to see Remy and Kasen be so brave. Deven and Kasen.
Damen got in on the action with the little blocks.
Kasen showing his time
My mom got into town - and brought a mini "baby shower" from her and my sisters. The kids had fun helping her decorate and put out treats.
The baby's shower and guests (plus Deven and my mom).
