End of Summer Trip: Vegas

We had a great few days in Vegas for an end of summer getaway.  We had a fun day in the canyon at this cool little western village.

 Kasen LOVED feeding the goats. He pet the deer, the mule, and the chickens.  He was the only kid that wasn't scared of the animals.

 Remy was doing fine until a deer took a bite out of her dress.

 We also had a really fun day at the children's museum.  The kids favorite part was the art.  They would fingerpaint all day if they could!

 They also liked the waterworks. - Damen, not so much.

 The best part of our trip was being able to swim EVERYDAY in the pool.  The kids were so great with three little mini lessons, and LOVED swimming with Deven on the way back home.  They got so brave to jump off the rocks, and even would put their head in the water to look at me with goggles.

 We FINALLY got to see our dear friends new baby twins.  It was a major walk down memory lane for me.  They are the same size as Remy and Kasen were.  I think Damen met his betrothed. (:

 We also had a little mini cake session for Damen's birthday. He didn't even touch the cake?  Silly boy!

 Kasen didn't have that problem.

 Damen mostly just loved all the new toys and soft carpet to crawl around on.
