We moved into a house! We are so excited to have more space, a yard, and another side to a garage. The kids have been so cute about how "big" it is to them. The first few days there the kids kept getting lost in the hallway. I heard Remy walking down the hall pointing at the doors saying "another one, and another one..." Kasen was a bit insecure for a few days and if I went out of sight he would yell, "Mommy where are you?"
We really did love our little apartment on England and Yorktown. We were sad to leave it - after all it was where we brought three kids home, made great memories, and great friends. But after more problems came then were fixed, it was time to go. No more smoking neighbors. No more upstairs aerobics at 5:30am. No more moldy tub and ant filled grass.
Here is the house - right next to a park, right in front of a school. My friend Kristy actually found the listing on Craigslist and sent it over to us. We were exited it all worked out.
The first Sunday after our LONG LONG weekend move. We had such great help from both moms (who came down even though the were just here for the blessing!), neighbors, and both wards. Kasen at the "little park" next to our house. He loves the slides, sandbox, and swings.
Kasen at the "little park" - not to be confused with the "school park" which is behind our house. For two park loving kids I don't think we could have found a better house!
Remy at the "little park" - she loves the swings here, which is funny because she has never been a swing girl before.
