Summer Fun

7-11 day - gotta love free slurpees!  We walked over with the train of strollers from our neighborhood.  Kasen finished his before we even left the parking lot.

Central Park:  A great place to feed the ducks and kill an hour in the library AC on a hot day.  The kids love the bead tables and puzzles, and I love the cool air and soft chair.  We also like to go down to the basement and buy a 10 cent sucker and enjoy it by the "cool fountain," as Kasen calls it.

Remy is okay with the ducks as long as she is high above them out of reach.  She is very scared of anything that moves that is not human - and even some humans.

Kite with Dad - it is a trick kite, but oddly the only one we could find in the middle of summer.  It is to hard for me to fly - but the kids like helping hold the strings.

Block pool party - kiddie pool, buckets, and cups (with 8-9) kids.  Good times.

Don't forget the beach once a week, bubbles, chalk, lots of walks, ice cream, and popsicles

 walking their animals.
A little inside time on a hot day.
