Utah Trip - Zoo

We took the best zoo trip ever to Hogal zoo.  The weather was perfect, the crowds were low, the kids were free (because of the Grandma's annual pass), and the animals were so active.

We watched the funny baby elephant forever.  It was playing with its tire swing and even went for a swim.

Damen was so excited to ride the colorful frog on the carousel.
The best part of the day was seeing the newborn baby orangoutang Tuah (too-a).  The little aunt was so cute with him.  Tuah couldn't really walk yet, but was so strong hanging on the ropes.
The infamous lion drinking fountain.

Remy and Kasen with the polar bear statues.  The real polar bear was pacing in its enclosure. The kids thought it was hilarious to watch him march back and forth between outside and inside.

A sign of a great day - crashed before we even hit the freeway.  Damen got a little stuffed lion (which he kept calling tiger), Kasen got a baby Tuah, and Remy got a cute polar bear that has a sparkly pink and purple blanket.
