Look who's 29!

The Friday before my birthday Deven called and asked if we wanted to go to Palm Springs for the weekend on DC.  He had to check out a swanky hotel that DC was considering having the next sales meeting at.  We spent the weekend at the Parker Hotel.  It was really cool to be so pampered at a place we probably otherwise wouldn't stay at!  Deven bought me an hour massage so I got a whole hour without kids!  I did fall asleep during the massage - I guess I have to pay money for a quite nap.

Our room had its own patio and private hammock with a huge sand box that the kids loved!
The hotel sent over champaign and strawberries - we gave the champaign to our neighbors when we got home (they seemed excited).  To bad we couldn't have switched it for sparkling cider!
The restaurant at the hotel was known for their breakfasts - this is their creme brule banana waffle.  YUM!
The hotel had amazing gardens with a bunch of cool fountains and pathways.

 My whole world!
Damen loved hanging out in the heated shade.
Most of the bunch on our hammock.
 "sleeping" on the patio
Kids enjoying the fancy bed
Damen - and the really great refillable lemon aid at the pool
 LOVE me a good hammock
We all loved the mini smoothies at the restaurant.
Remy loved all the flowers.  She was so cute "pickin" all the flowers.

Walking the grounds with my sweet baby boy.  His first official trip after all.

 Remy lost in the gardens
Kasen loved the big chess table in the gardens.
