My mom came to town for a week (general conference weekend) and WE LOVED HAVING HER HERE! I couldn't believe how much "free time" I had, and the kids were SO happy because they didn't have to share the adult. We went on a lot of walks, got some major things check off the to do list, took a few trips to the beach, and went out to lunch a few times.
Mom hung with the babes while Deven and I got a much needed night out to the movies - and also got to go to the temple. It was great to know they were in good hands and not worry about them the whole time.

We miss her! Luckily mom and dad are coming in May to Palm Springs so we'll get to see them then.
