Huntington Beach

So last weekend I went to see Deven in Huntington Beach. He is actually staying with some guys in San Clemente, but we spent most of our time looking at apartments in HB area. After looking at about 15 or so apartments that all started to look the same, we finally found one. It is a little 2 bedroom apt about 1 mile away from the beach. So it is a little far to walk, but a perfect bike ride to the beach. What sold me was it has a cute little shared grassy area (good for a little BBQ) and hookups to a washer and dryer.

15 mins to Deven's work
28 mins to Disneyland
21 mins to John Wayne Airport
24 mins to Long Beach Airport
4 mins to I-N-Out burger.

So we have our bases covered. It is be fun to settle in and get all our belongings back into one space.

This weekend we looked at apartments, watched the Saturday night sunset on Newport beach and had a delicious cupcake from Jill's bakery in Seal beach. We also saw Iron Man 2, ate at a great place called Nick's in San Clemente (asparagus fries?!? YUM), and walked around Laguna's mothers day festival. We had a great time. Cool spots to see next: Dana Point, the marine refuge nature walks, shops in Seal Beach.
