Bear Lake

rip to bear lake - Our buddy Dave invited us to Bear Lake at his sweet cabin. We left Friday - and came home late Saturday. It was really fun. Dave had a bunch of friends that we met and meshed with like a gem (I don't think that is a saying...hmmm)! Becky & Brandon, Adam & Kenzie, and Todd & Annie.

We had good food, played bocce ball, had a raft war, and mostly watched the boys ride. We all enjoyed Dave's session - he is fun to watch. Deven wake-skated for the first time in a LONG time - and got a few kinks out.

Crazy story - Kenzie's ring dropped in the water right by the dock. It was of course really deep - being be the dock not very clean. It was a ring from her Grandma! Well, she went in the rental place to see if they could take her info with the long shot that someone might find it. There was a girl in there that said her dad could come and dive for it. Well - less the an hour later - he was there and he was diving. We went out for a while longer and the boys did surf wars. When we went back in about an hour later they still hadn't found it. Just then the diver popped up with ring in hand! I started crying! It was wild.
